Brand Storytelling

This is my brand storytelling brand narrative to reflect the company’s four core principles. I have created a short video that would be used for paid advertising for social platforms like YouTube and Facebook. I chose to make a video because that has been the focus of our efforts in our content creation class thus far. Additionally, I had never created a video or done video editing before taking the brand storytelling class, so I wanted a challenge for this exam based on the skills I’ve learned since we began the semester. 

I chose modern and simple fonts for the video because I feel those fonts reflect Amazon’s brand image as the company itself projects a modern and minimalistic vibe when looking at some of their past video advertisements. The music chosen reflects an upbeat brand vibe, which is how I believe Amazon would want the video to be received if this was a real advertisement they were pushing out.  I honed in on Amazon’s focus of customer obsession and operational excellence because that’s what I believe really stands out about Amazon to the audience and why their customer loyalty is so strong.
